Getting the product was a bit of a Haskell but coustomer service is top tier. Every thing else is amazing other than the pour spouts. I’ve gotta get damn near half way through a bottle for them to pour accurately.

I am not a bartender, but wanted to understand the nuance of making drinks. This course was just what I needed. It provided the basics BUT then got into why something changes a drink. I took the quizzes, did well on some failed others but took it seriously. At the end, when they have you make your own drink, was difficult but fun. I learned to create starting from a base and slowly adding ingredients. I failed a few times (wasting precious alcohol) but was able to recover with the lessons learned. I created a drink which I never expected but now anytime someone comes over they ask for that drink. Others I simply have to ask them what their base alcohol is and I can come up with something unique.

Having recently completed the Mixology Certification Course, I am highly satisfied with the education I received. If you have been struggling to figure out how to create your own signature cocktails, this course is what you are looking for. The information is well-organized, and presented in a logical and very approachable way. There is weekly homework that actually helps to develop your palate, and teaches you HOW to think about what you are creating. The knowledge and procedure I gained from this class has absolutely given me the confidence to create new, excitiing, balanced, and TASTY cocktails, without the frustration and product waste. An excellent course, so thoughtfully and smartly laid out for anyone to further their mixology education. Cheers!

Really enjoyed this course. Since all content is online, it is go-at-your-own-place. The videos were dense with material, so I appreciated being able to go back and watch portions of the video again. I had plenty of knowledge of cocktail making before taking this class, having taken an in person bartending course, but this taught me so much more about the spirits themselves and guidelines for balancing cocktails. The course requires a multiple choice exam at the end, as well as a practical in which you design your own cocktail using frameworks from the course to adjust your creation. I am very proud of my cocktail -The Open Door. The course opened me up to new possibilities with cocktail making and understanding components foundationally, so I thought the title was fitting. It's a riff on a gin sour with some Chambord and fig syrup I made at home (see photo). Toward the end of the course, the instructor provides cocktail families to help you understand how you can add or subtract an ingredient to make a whole other cocktail. I appreciated that, because my thoughts prior to the class were that you had to do something outrageous or hyper original to make a new cocktail. Knowing that you can adjust things one step at a time made the creativity and artistry of mixology far less daunting, much more fun, and easier to customize drinks when I am entertaining guests at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Exactly as stated. The shipment was nicely packed and arrived very quickly!
Mainly wanted the spritz / spray bottles to coat glasses with full flavored aperitifs to have access to the flavor and not have them overpower the beverage. Was wonderfully surprised at the performance of the 'atomization' of the liquid - wonderful results. Also ordered a plastic muddler - no issues - works as its supposed to.
