Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs:

To addresses within the contiguous USA:

  • Flat-rate ground shipping: $10.
  • USPS Priority Mail: $25
  • Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): $35
  • For orders over $100 (before tax and shipping and after any coupons have been applied), select the “Free shipping” option at checkout for free shipping.

To addresses outside the contiguous USA:

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the actual weight of the order to be shipped and the country of destination. Enter your shipping address at checkout to calculate the price of shipping.

Tracking Information

After you place your order, it’s sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Once we ship it and get the tracking number, we’ll email it to you. So keep an eye out!

Shipping Speed

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Estimated Ground Shipping Speed to Addresses in the USA:
Unless upgraded, orders will be shipped via ground service, which takes approximately 2-8 business days. (Due to the general state of the world, weather, potential pandemic resurgences, and other unforeseen circumstances, you may experience additional delays of 1-3 days.)

USPS Priority Shipping:

Domestic Priority mail takes 1-3 business days to arrive. As with other shipping services and speeds, the Postal Service may be delayed 1-3 days due to unexpected circumstances.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping prioritizes your shipment and should ensure it ships the same or next business day. We ship expedited shipments by 2-day service. (While we are shipping on-time, due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances, our shipping carrier may take longer than 2 days to arrive.)

Shipping to Addresses Outside the USA:

Canada (economy international, 6-10 business days): $50

Everywhere else (economy international up to 15 lbs., 6-18 business days): $100

Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit, returns must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days
  • It’s unused and in original packaging
  • It’s not damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Items marked as “open box” are final sale and not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we’ll cover return shipping.
  • If it’s for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), return shipping is your responsibility. Please use insured shipping—we cannot offer store credit for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

After 30 Days

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide store credit more than 30 days after the purchase date.

Items sold as “open box” are final sale and non-refundable except in cases of defects or damage on our part.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If returning a product due to our error (defective, damaged, incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs.
  • If returning for other reasons (change of mind, ordered the wrong item), you are responsible for all shipping costs. Please use insured shipping, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit. Additionally, if you receive a refund as a resolution due to the above reasons, the initial shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

After 30 Days

If defects are found or you change your mind about your purchase after 30 days from purchase, we unfortunately cannot honor a return, exchange, or refund.
