Having recently completed the Mixology Certification Course, I am highly satisfied with the education I received. If you have been struggling to figure out how to create your own signature cocktails, this course is what you are looking for. The information is well-organized, and presented in a logical and very approachable way. There is weekly homework that actually helps to develop your palate, and teaches you HOW to think about what you are creating. The knowledge and procedure I gained from this class has absolutely given me the confidence to create new, excitiing, balanced, and TASTY cocktails, without the frustration and product waste.
