Small famliy restaurant in Pleasantville, NY here, our bartender *loves* the Stainless Steel Citrus Juicer. Definitely ups our cocktail game now that we can easily squeeze fresh lemons and limes into our customers' favorite beverage. The weight in the large tin makes it very fluid in the shaking motion, but popping it open seems inconsistent. Overall best value shaking tin.

I'm really enjoying these. I've memorized about 20 cocktails so far. Love the pro tips. And the extra reference cards for conversions, etc are a nice addition. In particular, the Family Descriptors and Tricks and Tips, are very helpful.

The questions for the test on not on the course. I went to the the test again and review the course and it says I have to purchase again.

This course does a great job breaking down the fundamentals of Mixology, from balancing flavors to mastering classic technique. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and professional tips throughout. It's a valuable resource for anyone serious about improving their cocktail-making skills.
One suggestion that would enhance the course is to provide a downloadable booklet or workbook. Having a resource to follow along with and take notes would make it easier to review the material and reinforce learning. Including quiz questions or a recap section would also be very helpful for retaining key concepts. At times it was a bit challenging to create my own notes while following along, so having structured materials available would be a great addition.

I purchased the fundamentals of bartending and mixology certifications. Both courses are excellent and very informative, but I passed both courses and have yet to receive any certifications, and it's been 3 days. Other than that its amazing.

The certificate process does take some work on our end and we usually tell students that we will get their certificates to them with 2 weeks of them submitting. Often times we have a much faster turn around time than that. We do appreciate the honest feedback and will work to cut that time down for future students.
