First of all, Britlyn s the greatest to work with. She made wonderful suggestions. I ordered 2 of the 10 PC. Stirred sets. 1 for me and 1 as a gift. They arrived in 5 days, well packaged. Stainless steel has a very nice polished finish. All the tools have a substantial weighted and balance feel. It has really made me step up my cocktail game. I use to just pour ingredients over ice in a rocks glass and called it a cocktail. Lol! I also purchased the channel knife so I'm doing some fancy garnish work now,too. Thanks again.
