Adding the channel knife to my bar toolbox totally elevated my gin and tonic game! No more tiny-tiny pieces of citrus in my drinks - no way! The channel knife makes it easy to get a good long piece of citrus (I'm sure it works for other things too) to make your drinks look amazing and taste delicious. I'm tossing the other janky tools I had before this - Bar Above is the best!
