I got this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it! Every week we’ve been making different cocktails to try out and enjoy together. It’s such a fun date night idea and over all good to have in the house for hosting! I think I might buy one for myself soon!

This course was useful and very applicable for large gatherings or high volume service situations. The information was easy to understand and was clearly communicated. I would have liked to have seen more data or information on how to calculate the scaling up of cocktails and more indepth discussion of how to precisely account for dilution in various situations and settings.
