A BAR ABOVE COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
Quick update from Julia:
We are in stock on most items and still open for business! (for now)
Our warehouse is following all CDC and WHO guidelines to keep you and their team safe! (They wouldn’t even let Chris and I inside the building!)
1-3 DAY SHIPPING DELAYS:
Due to prioritizing medical products, our orders are taking around one extra day to be shipped. Carriers are also experiencing some delays, too, and you may see 1-2 days’ delay in delivery time.
THE PUNCH LINE: We are open and shipping! We are also following all government requirements and will shut down our warehouse if required to do so. If you need barware, please consider ordering soon.
Chris & I have been amazed by the outpouring of support and community that has come out of these trying times. Thank you for continuing to support us, and we’ll keep doing our best to support the greater bar community too.
To addresses within the contiguous USA:
- Flat-rate ground shipping: $8.
- For orders over $50 (before tax and shipping and after any coupons have been applied), select the “Free shipping” option at checkout for free shipping.
To addresses outside the contiguous USA:
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the actual weight of the order to be shipped and the country of destination. Enter your shipping address at checkout to calculate the price of shipping.
After you place your order, it’s sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Once they ship it and get the tracking number, we’ll email it to you. So keep an eye out!
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Estimated Ground Shipping Speed to Addresses in the USA:
Unless upgraded, orders will be shipped via ground service. Refer to the map below for estimated shipping times.
Shipping to Addresses Outside the USA:
International shipping typically takes between 7-21 business days, depending on the exact location. Please note that the recipient will be responsible for any customs fees or duties charged by the recipient’s country.
Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Open Box Items Refund Policy
Items sold as “open box” are not refundable except in cases of defects or damage.
If you’re returning a product because of our mistake (whether the product was defective, arrived damaged, or was the incorrect item), then we will pay for return shipping and shipping a replacement to you.
If you’re returning a product for another reason that was not our fault (for example, you ordered the incorrect item, or it just wasn’t what you wanted), then we’ll ask for you to pay for the return shipping. When shipping returns, please use an insured shipping method as we are not able to provide a refund for items that are damaged or lost in-transit.
