There are plenty of different muddler designs on the market. We just encourage you to stay away from spiked muddlers because they pulverize your herbs, creating a bitter taste. We also suggest using a long muddler like ours so you don't hurt yourself on your shaker tin!

Buying sight unseen on the internet can be a challenge, so I did wonder a little about what it would look like and what the quality would be. I needn't have given that even a portion of a second's concern. It's beautiful! Plus, incredibly well made, sturdy and does the job impeccably, all the while affording enough movement outside of the container to provide sufficient movement to do it's job without sacrificing your hands against the edge of the item. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it. You will not be disappointed. (And really, I'm just echoing my son's thoughts, lol - He was VERY happy with his gift.)

PS you can buy the lovely stirrers on this site as well. I recommend them equally as much.

Great design and material.

Quality materials, nice look, does the job!

Heavy duty muddler

My husband, daughter, bff's daughter and my daughters boyfriend all bar tend. Everyone swaps info on great products. No one had used this muddler but my husband loved it so much he took it to work. We just bought a 2nd one for home. It is heavy duty, sturdy and a great length for muddling in the shaker jar. It washes up nicely too. I wash by hand so don't know how it handles the dishwasher. It's a keeper.

Mixology Course

This course does a great job breaking down the fundamentals of Mixology, from balancing flavors to mastering classic technique. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and professional tips throughout. It's a valuable resource for anyone serious about improving their cocktail-making skills.
One suggestion that would enhance the course is to provide a downloadable booklet or workbook. Having a resource to follow along with and take notes would make it easier to review the material and reinforce learning. Including quiz questions or a recap section would also be very helpful for retaining key concepts. At times it was a bit challenging to create my own notes while following along, so having structured materials available would be a great addition.

It's a great course but....

I purchased the fundamentals of bartending and mixology certifications. Both courses are excellent and very informative, but I passed both courses and have yet to receive any certifications, and it's been 3 days. Other than that its amazing.

The certificate process does take some work on our end and we usually tell students that we will get their certificates to them with 2 weeks of them submitting. Often times we have a much faster turn around time than that. We do appreciate the honest feedback and will work to cut that time down for future students.
