Our fine strainer is dishwasher-safe, making it really easy to clean! We recommend giving the outside of it a little scrub with a dish brush first to loosen up any "gunk," and then you can put it directly in the dishwasher.

There are many types of fine strainers on the market, but you definitely want it to filter out ice and fruit seeds. Ours features a tight mesh that filters out solids while letting your delicious drink come through. We also offer two sizes to meet your cocktail & culinary needs.

Are fine mesh strainers dishwasher safe?

Yes, ours are! We find the simplest way to clean the tightly-woven mesh is to use the dishwasher after a light brushing. Just allow it to dry after and then store in a cool, dry place.

Mainly wanted the spritz / spray bottles to coat glasses with full flavored aperitifs to have access to the flavor and not have them overpower the beverage. Was wonderfully surprised at the performance of the 'atomization' of the liquid - wonderful results. Also ordered a plastic muddler - no issues - works as its supposed to.

Copper jigger looses its coating over time

Love most all the products and we own them in both standard silver (stainless) and in copper. unfortunately, the copper jigger has lost most all the coating after about a year so that it is nearly silver. One hopes it is coming off in washing (which it says dishwasher save), but one naturally has to be concerned it is also coming off in our drinks. Great products overall, but this ones a disconcerting dud. Hard to take a pic due to reflections, but I tried, including a copper shaker and silver jigger for reference.

Thank you for your feedback and I totallu understand your concern. PVD is a very hard, dense, and chemically inert finish that doesn’t dissolve in water, alcohol, or acidic beverages. If the coating ever wears, it happens as tiny, dust-like particles that either wash away in the dishwasher or remain in amounts so small—and so chemically inactive—that they aren’t absorbed by the body.
All of our products are made from food-grade stainless steel and use PVD coatings that meet food-contact safety standards. Any wear you may see affects appearance only, not safety.
